AIMS and OBJECTIVES
The main aim of this training course is to create a blog for employability and personal development tools, methods and practices to be used by those working with young people (in any capacity: formal, non-formal, vocational, etc.) so as to support them in pursing diverse career prospects. This aim will be achieved by means of fulfilling the following objectives:
* Improving the participants’ competences required in facilitating personal and professional development of young people they work with
* Providing space for sharing of experiences and good practices in the subject matter (here in particular: development of key life and employability skills)
* Gaining first-hand experience in a number of personal and professional development tools
* Empowering participants in acting as multipliers so as to build up to the experience gained during the project and having it spread to relevant stakeholders afterwards
* Exploring possibilities for future cooperation among participants and partner promoters engaged.
The program of the course will be based on non formal education, learning-by-doing methods and intercultural dialogue and communication that will be conducted by using an interactive and participative approach. The training course will stimulate active participation, sense of initiative and involvement of the young people in society and also creativity and physical activities. Participants’ prior experiences in youth work, particularly at local and regional level, will be important and used in the development of the learning process. Active group/team work, role-plays, outdoor activities and plenary discussions, as well as theoretical inputs will characterize the program of the course in order to cover all aspects of the project themes.
The partner organizations we are looking for:
All partner organizations in this training course must be youth non-profit organizations that promote and share European Values.
If your organization is situated in any of the Program countries this training course is for you!!!
The Participants we will be looking for in case of approval of the project:
Participants in this training course should be actively involved in the organisation which they represent and fully able to communicate in English. The selected participants will commit themselves to attend the full duration of the training course and to follow up the outcomes of this training course in their organisation and within their local communities through active youth work.
The training course is scheduled to take place in 12-19 March 2016 in Romania. Financial support will be requested at the Romanian National Agency for the “Erasmus +” Program (Key Action 1). In case of approval of the project proposal, “IDEI” NGO will offer the following conditions:
The travel costs from your home town to the venue will be covered according to the new rules of Erasmus + Program
Board, lodging, local transports and all materials of the training course will be covered by “IDEI” NGO.
The participants should arrange their own insurance for their travel and stay in Romania.

If your organization meets the announced above criteria you are then welcome to send us your PIC Code Number for Identification on the following address: email@example.com not later than the 27th April 2015. After that, we would send you further information and agreement for partnership when available.
ONLY APPLICATIONS CONTAINING THE PIC CODE of your organization WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!!
Please NOTE that:
The project team is looking forward to receive your Identification via your PIC CODE!! Please the last deadline to send them is the 27th April 2015. After this deadline the project team will not consider
anymore your interest to the project. The partner organizations will be notified by the 29th April 2015, so that they could send the Official Partnership Agreement when available by the EU Commission.
